My name is Nova Sterling and I am the owner of Nouveauxcakes, which is a new and exciting company whose main objective is to design and create celebration cakes that not only inspire your desire for a spectacular cake, but excite and delight visually and taste as good as they look! My cakes are made using the finest ingredients with free range and organic products being utilised wherever possible. My company primarily designs bespoke cakes, which are therefore made to your personal specifications enabling me to create cakes for any occasion whether it be a Birthday, Wedding, Christening, Anniversary, Baby Shower, Confirmation, Holy Communion, Hen Night, Stag Night, Civil Ceremony, Corporate Cake or just to say 'I Love You', the list is endless! My niche are 2 and 3D cakes, which are either carved out of cake or constructed so that the main feature on the cake can be removed and kept as a memento of a very special occasion. Here at Nouveauxcakes I aim to please and my motto is “Your only limitation is your own imagination”!
